Participating businesses are responsible for defining and honoring their loyalty rewards. Fidelitzand provides the technical platform but does not guarantee the value, availability, or redemption of any reward.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fidelitzand is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
